Adding a new Employee


  1. Hover on "Contacts" in the side Navigation bar. Click on Employee option, Alternatively, click on "Contacts" and then select "Employee " tab. You will be directed to the Employee List page.


  2. On the Employee List page, locate and click on the "New Employee " button. This button is illustrated in the image below.



  3. Ensure that the essential Employee information such as Employee's name, contact number, and any other relevant data as required is entered into the respective fields.



  4. In the "Address" tab, fill in the permanent and corresponding addresses, respectively. If the permanent address and corresponding address are the same, you have the option to copy the permanent address.

  5. Under the "Other Details" section, select the GL Account. You can add the sales target(s) and commission(s) for the employee in the commission tab. 
  6. Fill all the applicable fields , and save the form.
