Add New Outlet and Register

1. Hover over the "POS" option in the side navigation bar. Click on "Outlets and Registers" from the dropdown menu. Alternatively, click on "POS", and then select "Outlet and Register " from side navigation.

   
   

   You will be directed to the Outlets and Web registers List page.
   
   
   

2. Click on "Add Outlet" button in the top right corner.
   
   
   
   
3. Outlets form will appear.
   
   
   
   
4. Fill the form, ensure that the essential details such as name, email address, and any other relevant data as required is entered into the respective fields. Select the warehouse from the dropdown and Save the form.
   
   

         Add New Register

1. Click on "New Web Register" button in the top right corner.
   
   
   
   
2. Web Register form will appear.
   
   
   
   
3. Fill the form, ensure that the essential details such as outlet name,receipt prefix, suffix and any other relevant data as required is entered into the respective fields. Select the outlet name from the dropdown and save the form.
   
   
   
   
4. If BIR functionality is enabled, the web register creation form may include additional fields for BIR tracking. Fill in the required fields related to BIR, such as MIN number, PTU number and Serial number etc.
