In a Point of Sale (POS) system, custom sales refer to transactions that are not based on pre-defined or standard items or products. Instead, they involve creating a sale on-the-fly to accommodate unique customer requests or special circumstances.
Add Custom Sale
- Hover over the "POS" option in the side navigation bar. Click on "Process Sales from the dropdown menu. Alternatively, click on "POS",You will be directed to process sales.
- Click on the "Custom Sales" button, at the top of the screen.
- Miscellaneous Items form will appear. Enter the details of the item.
- Once you have added the item details click on add to cart button. The item will be added to the cart directly.
- Follow the process as defined in the " Add New Sale " article.
