Add Custom Sale

In a Point of Sale (POS) system, custom sales refer to transactions that are not based on pre-defined or standard items or products. Instead, they involve creating a sale on-the-fly to accommodate unique customer requests or special circumstances.

Add Custom Sale

1. Hover over the "POS" option in the side navigation bar. Click on "Process Sales from the dropdown menu. Alternatively, click on "POS",You will be directed to process sales.
   
   
   
   
2. Click on the "Custom Sales" button, at the top of the screen. 
   
   
   
3. Miscellaneous Items form will appear. Enter the details of the item.
   
   
   
   
4. Once you have added the item details click on add to cart button. The item will be added to the cart directly.
   
   
   
5. Follow the process as defined in the " Add New Sale " article.
