Enable Loyalty
- On Dashboard click on the settings icon on the top right corner, as illustrated in the image below.
- You will be directed to the Business Settings page. Locate and select "Loyalty Points " in POS section.
- You will be directed to the 'Loyalty' form, where you can activate the loyalty program and specify both the general loyalty points and those awarded to customers upon signing up.
- After enabling the loyalty program and configuring the loyalty points, remember to save your settings by selecting the 'Save' button
