Asset AMC
- Click on the "Fixed Assets" option in the side navigation bar.
- You will be directed to the Fixed Asset Dashboard. Locate the "More" dropdown button on the top right corner. Click on it and choose "AMC" option. Asset AMC List will be displayed.
- Locate the "New AMC" button. Click on it Asset AMC form will be displayed.
- Choose the Vendor from the dropdown list, who's asset(s) you want to create the AMC for. You can also create a new vendor on the go by clicking the "Add Vendor" button in the dropdown list.
- Select the Asset(s) you want create an AMC for and fill in the the other relevant fields of the form.
- Once you have filled all the applicable details in the form, Save it.
Note: You can only use Cost Center in Asset AMC if it has been enabled in Global Settings. Follow the below mentioned steps to enable it
- Go to Settings by clicking on the settings icon.
- Navigate to Global Settings and open it.
- Locate the checkbox "Show Cost Center" and tick it (if it is disabled).
- Click on the Save button at the lower-right side of the screen. After saving, the Cost Center column will appear in your Sales Invoice.
