Asset Purchase

1. Hover over the "Fixed Assets" option in the side navigation bar.Click on "Purchase" from the dropdown menu. Alternatively, click on "Fixed Assets ," and then select "Purchase " tab.
   
   
   
   
2. You will be directed to the Asset Acquisition List page. Locate the "New Asset Acquisition " button. Click on it Asset Acquisition  form will be displayed.
   
   
   
3. Select the Vendor against whom you want to purchase the asset. Fill in the required details in the Asset Acquisition form. Ensure that all fields are accurately completed.
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
4. Select the asset you want to purchase, fill in the details of the asset such as quantity, unit price,etc. You can also add attachments to the form. Once you have filled all the applicable details in the form, Save it.
