Sell an Asset 

1. Click on the "Fixed Assets" option in the side navigation bar.
   
   
   
2. You will be directed to the Fixed Asset Dashboard. Locate the "More" dropdown button on the top right corner. Click on it and choose "Sold" option. Asset Sales List will be displayed.
   
   
   
   
3. Locate the "New Asset Sales" button. Click on it Asset Sales form will be displayed.
   
   
   
4. Choose the customer from the dropdown list to whom you want to sell the asset . You can also create a new customer on the go by clicking the "Add Customer" button in the dropdown list. 
   
   
5. Select the Asset(s) you want to sell, update the respective fields such as quantity, amount, discount. You can also add attachments to the form. Fill in the other relevant details in the form and Save it. 
   
   

Note: You can only use Cost Center in Asset Sales if it has been enabled in Global Settings. Follow the below mentioned steps to enable it 

1. Go to Settings by clicking on the settings icon.
   
   
   
   
   
2. Navigate to Global Settings and open it.
   
   
   
   
   
3. Locate the checkbox "Show Cost Center" and tick it (if it is disabled).
   
   
   
   
   
4. Click on the Save button at the lower-right side of the screen. After saving, the Cost Center column will appear in your Sales Invoice.
