Clone/Reverse/Print/Delete Journal Voucher

1. Hover over the Accounting option in the side navigation bar. Click on Journals. Alternatively, click on Accounting, and then select Journals tab.
   
   
   
   
2. You will be directed to the Journal Voucher List page. If you want to Clone/Reverse/Print/Delete Journal Voucher, navigate to that journal voucher and double click on it. 
   
   
   
   
3. The respective Journal Voucher will be displayed.
   
   
   

Clone Journal Voucher

1. Locate the clone button on the bottom of the screen and click on it. The clone of the Journal voucher will be created.
   
   
   
   

Reverse Journal Voucher

1. Locate the Reverse button on the bottom of the screen and click on it. This action will create a clone of the Journal voucher, which will automatically include reverse entries in the credit and debit columns.
   
   
   
   

Print Journal Voucher

1. Locate the Print button on the bottom of the screen and click on it. This action will Print the Journal voucher.
   
   
   
   

Delete Journal Voucher

1. Locate the Delete button on the bottom of the screen and click on it.This action will delete the Journal voucher.
