Add New Journal Voucher

1. Hover over the Accounting option in the side navigation bar. Click on Journals. Alternatively, click on Accounting, and then select Journals tab.
   
   
   
   
2. You will be directed to the Journal Voucher List page. Locate the "New Journal Voucher" button. Click on it Journal Voucher form will be displayed.
   
   
   
3. Fill the details in the form, specify the updated conversion rate as illustrated in the image below.
   
   
   
   
   
4. Choose the account from which you want to transfer funds. This is typically referred to as the "Credit Account". Also, choose the account to which you want to transfer the funds. This is typically referred to as the "Debit Account". Proceed with the transfer, confirming the selected accounts.
    
   
   
   NOTE: In the above image we have illustrated the transfer of 3,000.00 from "Cash Float" to the  " Petty Cash".
   
   
5. You have several saving options: Save as draft , Save it and open a new Journal form. You can also add attachments to the Journal.
