Creating A Combo Item

1. Click on "Items" in the side Navigation bar. You will be directed to the Items List page.
   
   
   
   
2. On the Items List page, locate and click on the "New Item" button. This button is illustrated in the image below.
   
   
   
   
   
3. From the item options dropdown field, choose the "Combo" option
   
   
   
   
4. Fill in all applicable details for the combo Item (Combo Name, Image etc).
   
   
   
   
5. Enter the price and other relevant details for the combo item.
   
   
   
6. Add the Items and Specify quantity for each Item, the specified quantity for each component will be sold when the combo item is sold. Click on Save and Close button to save the Combo item.
   
   
   
   

Sale Of Combo Item From POS

1. Hover over the "POS" option in the side navigation bar. Click on "Process Sales from the dropdown menu. Alternatively, click on "POS", You will be directed to process sales.
   
   
   
   
2. Locate and select the combo item you wish to sell.
   
   
3. You will be presented with three order type options: Dine-In, Takeaway, and Delivery. For Dine-In orders, proceed by selecting the "Dine-In" option
   
   
   
   
4. After selecting "Dine-In," click on the "Table" button to view the available table list. Choose the appropriate table from the list to assign it to the order.
   
   
5. Once the table is assigned, click on the "Order KOT" button to place the order. A Kitchen Order Ticket (KOT) receipt will be automatically printed, detailing the items ordered.
   
   
6. After the dining experience is complete, click on the "Retrieve" button to bring up the order for payment processing. Use the search functionality to locate the order by receipt number, table number, or other identifiers.
   
   
   
7. Once the order is retrieved, you can proceed with the payment. Choose from available payment methods such as Quick Billing or Click on Pay and Choose among different payment methods such as cash, card, or other options.
